Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS 

We are committed to delivering your order in the best possible way. We try our best to ensure that we provide the most efficient dispatch and make sure that your teas reach you as quick as possible.

 

1. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

2. We use b-post for all deliveries

3. Our prices are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden charges for delivery.

4. Our process is to prepare your order and dispatch it within 4 working days, which means that you receive your order within 7 working days. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

5.  We will do everything we can to ensure these times are met, but we cannot be held responsible for dispatched goods delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

6.  If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us by email or phone, details are on our website.

SHIPPING LIABILITY

1. Anise Lifestyle Tea is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information or not having someone present to receive packages. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure that you provide that information on your order.

2. Anise Lifestyle Tea is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.

 

DELIVERY

 

1. Delivery dates and times are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by Anise Lifestyle Tea.

2. Delivery dates can only be met if the buyer has complied with his obligations (e.g. timely payment). In case of subsequent changes and additions wishes of the buyer, the delivery time will be extended. 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless you receive the product in a damaged condition or past its expiry date.

It is very unlikely that you will receive a product beyond its expiration date or in a damaged condition. If in case this happens, we would absolutely accept the return of such products and would ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product and receipt is saved to make such returns.
