Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 3-5 days working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on week-ends or holidays.
If there's high volume of order shipment may be delayed by a couple of days. Please expect additional in transit for delivery. If there will be a long time delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
Currently Bpost company is taking care of all our postal needs. It's quick, easy and reliable.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and shown at checkout.
We use a weight-based prorated shipping rate for all shipments.
Delivery delays can occasionally happen.
The average orders Belgium delivery times: 5-7 days.
International orders from Belgium delivery times: 7-21 days.
For packages outside Belgium, we need a physical address. The Netherlands and France are exceptions. In these countries a parcel can be sent to an address or a Pick-Up-Point which is cheaper than shipping to an address.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It will have your tracking number which is activated with 24-48 hours.
The tracking number can be found in the shipping notification emails that are sent to you, as well as on your dashboard.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action, please contact us at email@example.com
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Anise Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.).
Shipments outside Belgium may incur custom fees depending on the country of destination. The fee may vary depending on the value of your order, country limits and other factors based on the product itself.
Customers are responsible for these fees. Fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
Anise Lifestyle is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.
Please take and save photos of all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. We offer a flat rate shipping fee to the international orders. We use competitive fee available. For the international orders the shipping time is 10-21 working days.
No refunds or exchanges on paintings (prints OR originals) unless item is damaged, and must show proof of damage. Special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies. These must be discussed with me, Khosi personally before purchasing.
Rights To Images
All the reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission by Khosi herself.
